Each year the Jordan Education Foundation gives out special awards and cash prizes to 6 Outstanding Educators, 5 Outstanding Special Educators and 5 student scholarships. The award recipients are nominated by their peers, the PTA and their school principals. Students are selected by their principals based on 4 areas.

Each educator receives $1000.00 & each student receives a $2000.00 scholarship to the college, school or university of their choice.

This year our 17th Annual Awards Banquet will be held on May 12, 2010 at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City.


Information & a copy of the selection rubric has been sent to each school principal. In addition to using the rubric, we encourage you to add something personal to the application in order to give the committee a better fell for who the individual is outside of the rubric measurements.

DEADLINE: forms must be submitted by March 15th to be considered.
